Late Afternoon on the St. Joe

At the upper end of the St. Joe River the red cliff walls grow higher and higher. In the late afternoon as Summer is turning to Fall the cliffs take on a dramatic glow with a low sun angle and deep shadows. I wanted to capture this exclusively with pallet knife and large quantities of broken color.
