A depiction of the Susquehanna River as it flows past the town of Owego, NY. This nocturne view with the full moon rising enhanted me. The houses on the river bank with windows glowing added to the intrigue. Using a very limited palette of cool hues helped to convey the nocturnal light and mystery.
