This piece is one of the newest in my impulse/improvisation-driven explorations with palette knives on canvas. After laying tape over a small portion of canvas, I laid the base of textured paint through improvised choreography with a palette knife. The bright pink and blue is a piece of texture (vaguely identifiable as a figure of some sort to some viewers) in the bottom left to anchor the piece in textured chaos.
