The landscape or pond scape is near Hastings Michigan. My friend lives in that area. We drove by this pond about 4 in the afternoon after spending the day on Lake Michigan. The pond has many inlets and seems to have varying depths. The yellow green areas is some type of duck weed growing on the surface. The area in the foreground was deep and perfect for showing the reflection of the leaning trees.
