This oil painting which was painted en plein air a few days ago at a small cove in one of our beautiful local seaside parks, is just a few minutes from my home. There are many small islands and islets with protected waters, reflecting the surrounding colours of the landscape, with invites the viewer into the scene. Painted with Gamblin traditional oil paints alla prima with Rosemary and Co brushes.
